Abi Averett - Massage Therapist

Abi graduated from massage school in 1997 where she studied Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Polarity Therapy. She trained with the School of Body Mind Centering to become a Somatic Movement Educator and later became certified as a Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapist. Abi has studied a number of healing modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Zero Balancing, structural integrative massage and Feldenkrais. She offers a deeply relaxing, informed and caring massage experience that results in both structural and energetic integration. Her many skills inform her massage to meet the uniqueneeds of a broad spectrum of clients.
